LEVEL 1: The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Self Care Training, 17 CEs NCBTMB Approved

Join Laurie for this 3 day Online Self Care Training based on the teachings & lineage of maya curandero Don Elijio Panti. This course is open to anyone who wants to learn more about their body, deepen their knowledge of the labyrinth of pelvic & abdominal organs, ligaments, blood vessels, lymph & more. You will learn a very specific and effective abdominal massage to connect more deeply with your core, physically, emotionally and spiritually all while optimizing your health. This course is a pre-requisite for Belly Care Provider and Level 2 Practitioner Course.
Tul’ix Belly Care Provider

This 4 day online training, as taught by Tul'ix Indigenous Arts, supports practitioners and seekers to offer anterior bodywork and variations to a wide swathe of clients, including the basic anterior treatment for all stages of pregnancy.
Receiving this beautiful work supports those who are ready to awaken this medicine in their bones. If one chooses to continue onto Practitioner Training in the future, the opportunity to expand into Posterior work and supportive modalities takes this work further. Please note that currently there are no discounts offered at Practitioner classes to Belly Work Providers. In the Practitioner class, some content will be review, but the majority will be an expansion.

This 5.5-day training is designed for the bodyworker who has completed a Tul’ix/Arvigo® Self-Care Training and would like to deepen their knowledge and understanding of this therapy to apply to clients in a professional setting. This course is steeped in bodywork where you will be giving and receiving throughout the week. We will address basic anatomy and physiology of the abdomen and structural alignment of the hips and sacrum, as well as considering the emotional component of this work.

This 5.5-day training is designed for the bodyworker who has completed a Tul’ix/Arvigo® L1 Self-Care Training & L2 Practitioner Training. Our time together will deepen our skills as bodyworkers and facilitators of healing. We will be tapping into the deeper aspects of pelvic pathology, digestion, and the role of trauma in the body. As we arrive at Level 3, we are experienced practitioners with lived hands-on experience. Many times we come with a deeper sense of curiosity and greater desire to add more techniques to the basic Arvigo® traditional protocol. This is a time to connect with one another as peers, as forever students of life, to witness and share stories, and to tend to the layers of what exists within our body, soul, and psyche.
