I wake each morning to see the sun rise, bringing renewed magic and life to the new day. Walking through the trees watching the morning rays illuminate the view. Ravens, woodpeckers, red-tailed hawks, owls, bluebirds, chickadees, nuthatches & scarlet tanagers join in when they are in alignment with the moment. The labyrinth, made of stone, reminds me of the stone circles of northern Atlantic isles. Meditation, connection, breath, writing to connect to the depths that glow & flow like the lava deep in the earth. Inspiration comes when working with clients, connecting to the flow of their needs. Sessions eclectically unfold in ways only known to the unseen. I am honored to be the one who facilitates your healing.
It is with honor that I have been entrusted to facilitate healing for so many people throughout the years, animals included. I continue to dedicate myself to teaching workshops and guiding individuals towards achieving better health, balance and overall well-being for body, mind, and spirit, which in turn frees the soul to live more naturally in unencumbered joy, happiness, and contentedness.

Today my offerings span from abdominal massage, bach flower essences, quantum biofeedback treatments with the IMAET®, group coaching, and of course, the eclectic resonance of restorative massage, which is the gateway to true healing.
Practice Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
Please note: As a courtesy, please give 48 hr notice of canceling your appt. Any cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment. You will receive an e-invoice for this amount, which must be paid before your next appointment. As well, 24-hour cancellation applies if you make an appointment to redeem a gift certificate and need to cancel/reschedule.
Gift Certificates:
Please treat Gift Certificates as cash. You must present the Gift Certificate at the time of the appointment for it to be valid.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for the full missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, the therapist will determine if there is enough time to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Massage is a unique experience to be enjoyed and being present and on time is just the beginning of the journey.
My office is open to all who would like to receive this deeply profound healing therapy. As a practitioner, I have been immersed in hands-on healing for over 3 decades, teaching abdominal massage for the past 10 of these. My practice is client centered, meeting your needs, no matter where you are.
