A note from your teacher: Since 2011 I have been involved with the Arvigo® Institute. In 2015, I became a Self Care Instructor. Through commitment and diligence, in 2019 I earned the honor of becoming an Advanced Level Instructor.  For many of these years, I served as New England Regional Coordinator for the institute.  It is with great honor that I bring this sacred work to those who seek healing and to those who wish to learn how to help their clients & patients with this deeply profound healing technique. For those who receive this work, it takes great courage to venture into uncharted territory: the belly, the womb, the pelvic bowl, the dan tien, the spirit gate, etc.  It is with gratitude and appreciation that I am able to share this healing work with you.

May we each find the path that guides us to true healing for that is where we can only truly exist.
